 Structural damage underneath a house

Plumbing, guttering and drainage
You need to know your home isn't going to be flooded when it rains!
Security
Windows need to close property and outside doors need to be secure. Last thing you need is a new home that's asking to be broken into!
We also scan for moisture with a Protimeter Surveymaster SM scanning meter along exterior walls where accessible and in typical problem areas.
All inspections are visual non-invasive inspections, this means, no items will be dismantled, moved, or dislodged during the inspection.
